SINGLE-SERVE TIRAMISÙ WITH ITALIAN PISTACHIOS

a simple twist on an Italian classic

Made with Matilde Vicenzi Ladyfingers, this elegant single-serve Tiramisù combines Italian tradition with a contemporary presentation and minimal preparation.

Tiramisù is one of the most recognisable desserts of Italian pastry-making, appreciated worldwide for its combination of delicate Ladyfingers and creamy layers.
Its versatility also makes it an ideal base for creative presentations, from classic portions to individual servings designed for contemporary dessert menus.

The Matilde Vicenzi Single-Serve Tiramisù with Italian Pistachios offers a fresh take on the classic. Requiring no cooking and just a few steps, it combines layers of Matilde Vicenzi Ladyfingers with smooth pastry cream and finely crushed Italian pistachios.

The result is an elegant dessert with contrasting textures and a distinctive Italian character, while its simple assembly makes it particularly suitable for professional kitchens.

At the heart of the recipe are Matilde Vicenzi Ladyfingers, produced since the early 1900s according to the original family recipe. Made with flour, sugar and 26% fresh eggs, these Ladyfingers retain the characteristics that earned them Italy’s first product certification. Its high absorption capacity allows the biscuit to soak up creams while maintaining its structure, making it an ideal base for Tiramisù and other soft desserts. Today, Matilde Vicenzi Ladyfinger is Italy’s most popular Ladyfinger biscuit (*Nielsen YE 2025, Italy).
